Ross has a passion to help players develop and succeed in their football careers.
Ross’ experience in professional player development started in 1991 when he was first recruited to (what was) the Football League Apprenticeship programme. Working in the North West hub Ross trained/educated young players from Manchester United, Manchester City, Burnley, Bolton Wanderers, Wigan Athletic, Blackburn Rovers, Rochdale and Oldham Athletic. Ross worked successfully in this role for over 10 years.
As a former Director in charge of Youth Development at Bury F.C, Ross personally looked over a successful development programme that produced players such as: David Nugent (Middlesbrough), Colin Kazim-Richards (Glasgow Celtic), Dale Stephens (Brighton and Hove Albion) and Nathan Eccleston (England u-17 international) amongst many others.
Ross has a depth of business experience which places him in a good position to fill the role of Managing Director for Shooting Stars Management. Ross has conducted International business all over the world from the USA to the Middle East and all over Europe.
Ross has three children, the eldest of which Max, completed a scholarship at Newcastle United and is now coaching the young goal keepers at Manchester City. Any free time Ross has now is taken up by his youngest son Reggie.

Clive has gained a reputation for his knowledge and expertise in the field of football contracts. Clive graduated from Liverpool University in 1995, with the majority of his studies focusing on the commercial and marketing aspects of sport.
In 1998 Clive became a full time representative of BG Sports, working primarily in the Israeli and Greek football markets. In 2000 he joined Premier Management Holdings, the first football agency to float on the AIM. In 2002 under the new FIFA Regulations for Agents, Clive became one of the first people to pass the Agents Exam, and he became a Licensed Agent in his own right. He remained with Premier Management Holdings until 2005 when he was head hunted by another leading agency with whom he spent seven years.
In 2012 Clive became a Director of Shooting Stars Management, bringing a wide range of contacts in football clubs throughout the UK and beyond.
Clive has demonstrated expertise in contract negotiations, combined with his ability to navigate through the ever increasing amount of rules and regulations put out by football’s governing bodies.
In 2015 Clive became a Licensed Cricket Agent under the auspices of the ECB.
In 2017, Clive completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Sports Governance at Birkbeck University, London.

Steve is a former professional cricketer who was contracted to Derbyshire CCC from 2001 to 2004.
In 2006 Steve was appointed Cricket Manager and Head Coach at Finchley CC in London. He also took on the role of Batting Coach at The University Cricket Club in Perth, Australia.
Steve is now Head of Operations at the highly ambitious Totteridge Millhillians CC, working along-side former England Spinner John Emburey.
Steve is a well-known and respected figure in cricket. He counts a number of current England Internationals amongst his close friends.
Steve has taken on the role of cricket consultant at Shooting Stars Management. He will work alongside our own Licensed Cricket Agent, Clive Hart.
JP McGovern is a former professional footballer, who has played hundreds of games both in England and Scotland. Having started his career at Scottish giants Celtic, JP moved down to England. He featured for a number of clubs including Sheffield United, Sheffield Wednesday and Swindon Town.
At Shooting Stars, JP fills the role of Chief Scout and Technical Advisor. His role will see him travelling round the United Kingdom to assess potential new clients. In addition he will be available to mentor and advise our existing clientele.
